General Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work:

Services will be provided as outlined in the proposal. Any additional requests outside the scope will require a separate agreement.

Timeline:

The project timeline is determined in the proposal, starting from the date of acceptance of the proposal. Extensions may occur based on client responsiveness or unforeseen delays.

Client Responsibilities:

The client must provide all necessary documentation, access to accounts, and timely responses to ensure project milestones are met.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Hourly support services beyond the initial scope will be billed at $50-$100/hour.

Confidentiality:

All client information and materials will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing this project.

Revisions:

Up to two rounds of revisions are included for each deliverable. Additional revisions will incur extra costs.

Ownership:

All final deliverables, including branding materials and templates, will become the property of the client upon full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice. Services rendered up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

Liability:

The consultant is not responsible for any financial or legal outcomes resulting from the use of provided services or deliverables.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
