General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Work:

    • Services will be provided as outlined in the proposal. Any additional requests outside the scope will require a separate agreement.

  2. Timeline:

    • The project timeline is determined in the proposal, starting from the date of acceptance of the proposal. Extensions may occur based on client responsiveness or unforeseen delays.

  3. Client Responsibilities:

    • The client must provide all necessary documentation, access to accounts, and timely responses to ensure project milestones are met.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

    • Hourly support services beyond the initial scope will be billed at $50-$100/hour.

  5. Confidentiality:

    • All client information and materials will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing this project.

  6. Revisions:

    • Up to two rounds of revisions are included for each deliverable. Additional revisions will incur extra costs.

  7. Ownership:

    • All final deliverables, including branding materials and templates, will become the property of the client upon full payment.

  8. Cancellation Policy:

    • Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice. Services rendered up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

  9. Liability:

    • The consultant is not responsible for any financial or legal outcomes resulting from the use of provided services or deliverables.

  10. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
